𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮 𝗩𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀

Alicia, Isabela — The Alicia Vocational School Senior High School successfully conducted its annual Physical Fitness Test (PFT) this week as part of the institution’s commitment to promote physical health and holistic development among students.

The test included a series of standardized fitness activities such as sit and reach, 40-meter sprint, push-ups, and standing long jump. These tests aimed to assess the students’ flexibility, speed, muscular strength, and endurance.

Mrs. Jenny lyn O. Claravall, Health Optimizing Physical Education teacher, served as facilitator and evaluator, ensuring the smooth and fair conduct of all activities. Students expressed excitement and enthusiasm as they pushed themselves to achieve personal bests.

The results of the PFT will be recorded in each student's fitness profile and will serve as a reference for their health development throughout the school year.
